Ideal Candidate Profile
- CPA or EA preferred
- 10 years of public accounting experience
- Strong experience in business and individual tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120, 1041)
- Background in both preparation and review
- Industries: Construction, Real Estate, Medical & Dental, Manufacturing, Privately Held Businesses
- Software: CCH Axcess, BNA, QuickBooks
- Comfortable in a hands-on, collaborative environment
- Interested in a long-term leadership opportunity
- $130,000 - $160,000 base salary depending on expereince
- Bonus potential, profit sharing, and revenue sharing opportunities
- Hybrid schedule
- Half-day Fridays during summer months
- No billable hour requirements
- Leadership responsibility including staff supervision and mentoring
- Diverse client base
