Location: Hybrid (4 days in-office) - Upper Fairfield County
Compensation: $150K-$200K bonus

You'll manage tax compliance and advisory work for a diverse client base: preparing and reviewing returns, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting client planning. With no rigid corporate structure, you'll have direct client interaction and real decision-making authority. You'll also mentor junior staff, delegate tasks, and help shape how the team's workflow runs. Strong technical tax knowledge, sharp communication skills, and comfort with deadlines are essential.
