Responsibilities
- Review complex individual, partnership, corporate, and trust tax returns
- Manage multiple client engagements and deadlines simultaneously
- Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients
- Research and resolve federal and state tax issues
- Supervise, mentor, and develop tax staff and seniors
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist with business development and practice growth initiatives
- Ensure compliance with firm standards and tax regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA license preferred or actively pursuing
- 5 years of public accounting tax experience
- Experience reviewing 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S returns
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with tax software such as CCH Axcess, UltraTax, or similar
- Ability to manage multiple priorities during busy season

Salary : $135,000 - $180,000
