Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day field operations, scheduling, and safety
- Manage crews and subcontractors to keep projects on track
- Act as a working Superintendent in a self-perform environment
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to quality standards
- Commercial projects ranging from $800K - $10M
- Strong pipeline of restaurant and retail work
- Mix of interior, exterior, and site-related scopes
- Superintendent or strong Foreman ready to step up
- Experience in commercial construction (retail, restaurant, or TI)
- Comfortable in a hands-on, self-perform environment
- Ability to lead crews and take ownership of projects
- All local work - home every night
- Company self-performs most scopes, giving more control in the field
