Qualifications
- BS Civil Engineering or Construction Mgmt preferred or equivalent experience
- 5 yrs Prior Project Management within Heavy Highway Asphalt Experience
- Familiar with grading, paving (asphalt and concrete), and all other highway construction scopes
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
- Project fiscal responsibility
- Shown ability to work with all federal, state, and local governments
- Strong prioritization, organizational and detail oriented skill set needed
- Some travel may be required

Salary : $80,000 - $135,000
