We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead field operations for large-scale heavy civil projects with a focus on earthwork and underground utilities (storm, water, sewer). This individual will play a critical role in driving project execution, safety, and team performance across commercial, residential, and federal/government projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all field operations for heavy earthwork and underground utility installation
- Manage site superintendents, foremen, crews, and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Coordinate daily with project management, engineering, and ownership teams
- Lead planning and sequencing of mass grading, excavation, and utility installation
- Enforce safety standards and maintain compliance with OSHA and project-specific requirements
- Monitor productivity, quality control, and site logistics
- Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress reporting
- 10 years of experience in heavy civil construction, with a strong focus on earthwork and underground utilities
- Proven track record managing commercial, residential, and/or federal/government projects
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Deep understanding of site development, grading, and utility installation practices
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules
- Experience working with project management and scheduling software is a plus

Salary : $130,000 - $170,000
