- Lead and manage large commercial, industrial, and institutional HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical piping projects from planning to completion, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
- Oversee the coordination of labor, materials, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, delivering top-tier service and addressing project needs.
- Provide project forecasts, documentation, and regular updates to all stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
- 5 years of mechanical project management experience in commercial, industrial, or institutional sectors.
- Background in engineering or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, design, install, and new construction.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools.
