Senior Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Looking for a Senior Heavy Equipment Mechanic to handle advanced diagnostics and repairs on truck-mounted equipment. Primarily shop-based with occasional field work, this role also supports shop flow and junior techs.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Use diagnostic tools and read schematics to troubleshoot issues
• Perform PMs and DOT inspections
• Keep equipment operating to OEM standards
• Support shop workflow and guide other technicians
  
  

What You Need

• Strong heavy equipment repair experience with diesel background - including complex diagnostics and repair strategies
• Skilled in diagnostics and schematics
• Leadership ability on the floor
• Organized and hands-on
• Own basic tools
