- Active Funeral Director Embalmer license (or ability to obtain)
- 5 years experience (direct family service, embalming and preparation, cremation procedures)
- Operate with a professional, team‑oriented approach to daily funeral home operations
- Maintain a strong commitment to service quality, ethical standards, and the firm's professional reputation
