You'll Be Estimating Across a Mix Of
- Site development and large-scale grading
- Utility installation and infrastructure work
- Roadway and access improvements
- Private development and public-funded projects
- Lead estimates from early review through final submission
- Break down drawings into actionable scopes and quantities
- Engage subs and vendors to build complete, competitive bids
- Evaluate risk, gaps, and constructability before numbers are finalized
- Contribute to how projects are approached-not just how they're priced
- True estimating role-no expectation to step into project management
- Design-build and negotiated work environment

Salary : $120,000 - $180,000
