Estimator Qualifications
- 5 years of experience estimating ground-up commercial construction projects
- Diverse commercial construction experience across multiple project types preferred
- Ability to prepare detailed estimates, budgets, and bid proposals
- Strong understanding of subcontractor scopes, pricing, project costs, and margins
- Experience pricing, tracking, and negotiating change orders and project costs
- Ability to analyze project profitability and contribute to accurate cost projections
- Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but not required
