What You'll Do
- Independently advise employer clients on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Represent employers in government agency investigations and in litigation of employment claims
- Draft employment agreements, forms, policies, and procedures
- Supervise, train, and mentor associates
- Help build and grow the firm's employment law practice
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
- 7 years of employment law experience
- Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
- Ability to independently manage client relationships and matters
- Willingness to supervise, train, and mentor associates and to help build the practice
- Portable practice preferred but not required
- Competitive base salary of $175,000 to $230,000, commensurate with experience
