- Significant experience working as a paralegal in a law firm, preferably with a background in criminal defense, civil litigation and personal injury.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and support other legal staff.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
- Experience preparing legal documents, managing court filings, and coordinating with attorneys and clients.
- A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and doesn't need to be micromanaged.

What You'll Do
- Oversee and coordinate daily paralegal operations and case management.
- Work closely with our attorneys to ensure cases move forward efficiently.
- Support and mentor our legal support team while maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity.
- Manage deadlines, court filings, legal documentation, and client communications.
- Help improve office procedures, workflows, and overall efficiency.
