Responsibilities
As Senior Director, you will oversee the feed division with a focus on strategic execution and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop & Execute Strategy: Build and implement division-wide strategies aligned with company goals and long-term growth
- Leadership & Team Development: Mentor and guide plant leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
- Change Management: Lead organizational and operational change initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability
- Transportation & Logistics Oversight: Optimize distribution networks, freight strategies, and cost efficiencies
- KPI Ownership: Establish, monitor, and drive key performance indicators across safety, quality, cost, and productivity
- Project Management: Lead high-impact projects, including capital improvements, process enhancements, and system implementations
- 5 years of experience as a Feed Mill Manager or similar leadership role
- Proven ability to transition from hands-on operations to strategic oversight
- Strong background in multi-site leadership, process optimization, and performance management
- Experience in transportation/logistics and supply chain coordination
- Demonstrated success leading change management initiatives
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Willingness and ability to relocate to company headquarters
