Sales Forecasting & Inventory Analysis
- Partner with sales teams to gather, validate, and consolidate customer forecasts
- Analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and demand patterns to support replenishment planning
- Monitor customer deductions and chargebacks, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
- Create reports and analytics that support forecasting accuracy and inventory optimization
- Set up and maintain customer portals and retailer systems
- Support onboarding of new customer accounts and ensure required documentation is completed
- Maintain accurate customer and product information across systems
- Analyze sales performance, inventory trends, and promotional effectiveness
- Provide insights that improve profitability and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with Finance and Operations to align forecasts with business objectives
- Evaluate the financial impact of sales strategies and customer programs
- Develop and distribute KPI dashboards, sales reports, and product performance analyses
- Ensure data accuracy across reporting platforms and internal systems
- Utilize advanced Excel and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making
- Assist with order tracking, reporting, documentation, and administrative support
- Serve as a liaison between Sales, Operations, Finance, and Logistics teams
- Help improve processes that drive efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field required
- 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, forecasting, inventory planning, demand planning, or analytics
- Experience within CPG, consumer products, food & beverage, retail, pet food, or related industries preferred
- Strong understanding of inventory management and forecasting concepts
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis
- Experience with ERP systems and BI/reporting tools is a plus
- Familiarity with retailer customer portals and compliance systems preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and business acumen

Salary : $71,000 - $90,000
