You will partner with sales, finance, operations, and logistics to support accurate forecasting, inventory health, and overall business performance.
Responsibilities
- Sales reporting and performance analysis
- Demand forecasting and inventory planning
- Replenishment and inventory accuracy management
- Customer portal and reporting support
- Deductions and chargeback analysis
- Profitability tracking and reporting
- Cross-functional process improvement
- 3-5 years in sales ops, forecasting, inventory planning, or analytics
- Experience in CPG, food, retail, or consumer products preferred
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
- ERP and BI tools experience preferred
- Knowledge of deductions/chargebacks a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Must be able to work onsite daily
- High visibility and direct business impact
- Exposure across sales, finance, and supply chain
