This is a hands-on leadership role supporting production across multiple areas as needed.
- Lead production teams and support daily operations on the floor
- Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met
- Oversee start-ups, changeovers, and shift transitions
- Monitor and improve performance (OEE, productivity, downtime)
- Work closely with Quality and Maintenance to keep operations running smoothly
- Coach, train, and develop team members
- Maintain compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
- 3 years of experience in a production leadership role (Supervisor, Lead, etc.)
- Experience in food, beverage, or other regulated manufacturing preferred
- Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, or SQF environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Someone who leads from the floor and supports their team
