What You'll Do
- Drive regional revenue growth across brokerage and asset-based services
- Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team
- Expand existing accounts while aggressively hunting new business
- Build long-term strategic relationships with key shippers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations to ensure service excellence
- Own your market and deliver measurable results
- 10 years of logistics sales experience (freight brokerage strongly preferred)
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to build and scale teams
- Strong book of business and deep industry relationships
