Core Responsibilities
- Manage commercial reconstruction projects from initial handoff through completion.
- Oversee water, fire, mold, and catastrophic commercial rebuild projects.
- Interpret mitigation scopes and convert them into executable reconstruction plans.
- Review and validate insurance-based estimates (Xactimate preferred).
- Develop schedules and coordinate subcontractors and procurement.
- Conduct job site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance.
- Serve as primary contact for commercial clients and insurance stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, IICRC, and NJ building codes.
- Track job costs, margins, and billing approvals.
- Utilize DASH (NetGear Solutions) for job tracking and documentation.
