- Manage flooring projects from initial sales discussions through successful completion.
- Coordinate project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects meet client expectations.
- Provide consistent communication and exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
- 2-5 years of flooring project sales experience, preferably within commercial or residential construction.
- Proven ability to generate business and develop long-term client relationships.
- Strong understanding of project coordination, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with project management software and standard business tools.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- $90,000-$120,000 annual base salary
