What You'll Do
- Prepare accurate estimates for commercial flooring projects
- Build lasting customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales goals
- Manage projects from the initial estimate through final completion
- Coordinate project schedules, budgets, materials, vendors, installers, and internal resources
- Provide customers and stakeholders with timely project updates
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, installers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Recommend flooring products and solutions based on each customer's needs
- 2-5 years of commercial flooring estimating or project sales experience
- Project management experience is a strong plus
- Solid knowledge of commercial and/or residential flooring products and installation processes
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
- Experience using estimating, project management, or related software
- A customer-focused mindset and strong sense of ownership
- $80,000-$100,000 annual salary
- Bonus eligibility
