The Project Manager will oversee multifamily and student housing projects, with a strong focus on wood-framed construction. Working within a collaborative design-build environment, you will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from preconstruction through final completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Lead subcontractor buyout, contract negotiations, and procurement
- Coordinate closely with in-house design teams in a design-build delivery model
- Provide leadership to Superintendents, Project Engineers, and field teams
- Maintain strong communication with ownership groups and stakeholders
- Monitor cost control, change management, and project forecasting
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Current experience working for a General Contractor preferred
- Strong background in multifamily and/or student housing projects
- Experience with wood-framed construction required
- Construction Management or equivalent degree preferred but not required
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
