Project Manager (Early Career) - Commercial Construction
Location: El Paso, TX
We are working with a well-established general contractor in El Paso that is looking to add an early-career Project Manager to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of experience who is ready to take on more responsibility and grow within a strong, stable company.
You will be involved in all phases of commercial construction projects, gaining hands-on experience while working alongside an experienced team.

Responsibilities
- Assist in managing commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Support scheduling efforts and help keep projects on track
- Assist with project financials including budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Review plans and specifications
- Help manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Maintain project documentation and reporting
- 2-5 years of experience in commercial construction (Project Engineer or Assistant PM level)
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic understanding of construction scheduling and project financials
- Eagerness to learn and grow into a full Project Manager role
