We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee structural steel erection projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for coordinating field operations, schedules, budgets, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope.
Responsibilities
- Manage structural steel erection projects through all phases, from kickoff to closeout
- Coordinate with field crews, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans
- Track project progress and address issues related to scope, schedule, or cost
- Review drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
- 5 years of experience managing structural steel erection projects
- Direct, hands-on experience in structural steel erection is required
- Experience with large or complex projects is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
