Project Types
- Ground-up healthcare and TI
- Joint venture projects with top-tier national and regional GCs
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Lead coordination with JV partners and internal teams
- Drive cost control, change orders, and project financials
- 5-15 years of commercial construction experience
- Experience with ground-up and/or large-scale renovation work
- Ability to work within joint venture environments and collaborate across teams
- Proficiency with Procore or similar software
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Competitive base salary aligned with experience (PM-Senior PM range)
