Key Responsibilities
- Manage industrial HVAC and refrigeration projects from initiation through completion
- Coordinate and oversee field teams, subcontractors, and project resources
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment
- Collaborate with internal teams including engineering and operations
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and overall performance
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Maintain clear communication between field and office teams
- 5 years of experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or mechanical construction
- Strong field experience required; engineering-only backgrounds will not be considered
- Experience managing industrial or large-scale commercial projects
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems (ammonia experience preferred)
- Familiarity with piping, welding, or pipefitting practices
- Proven ability to lead field teams and manage subcontractors
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
