- Lead full project lifecycle from planning through completion
- Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and vendors
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and field leadership
- Oversee cost tracking, forecasting, and change order management
- Ensure quality control and safety compliance on all job sites
- Maintain strong client communication and project transparency
- 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar projects preferred
- Strong leadership, financial acumen, and communication skills
- Proficiency with construction management software (Procore or similar a plus)
