Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers with daily project operations
- Support scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams
- Review plans, specifications, and project documents
- Track project progress and maintain accurate records
- Help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- 1-3 years of experience in the construction industry (commercial or civil preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field highly preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with construction software is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
