Project Engineer - Heavy Civil Construction

We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer to join a well-established heavy civil contractor. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience and grow long-term within a reputable organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with daily project operations
• Support scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams
• Review plans, specifications, and project documents
• Track project progress and maintain accurate records
• Help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
  
  

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in the construction industry (commercial or civil preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field highly preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with construction software is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
