Key Responsibilities
- Manage defense litigation for professional liability claims from inception through resolution
- Draft substantive pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Conduct and defend depositions, manage discovery, and prepare for hearings or trials
- Interface directly with high-profile clients, carrier representatives, and key stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with partner-led litigation teams to develop creative strategy
