- Prepare and review survey documents, including boundary surveys, legal descriptions, and construction calculations.
- Research and produce sealed survey documents such as Right-of-Way maps, easements, and other critical materials.
- Enter, compute, and verify field data using CAD software to ensure accuracy.
- Lead and motivate survey crews, drafting technicians, and project teams.
- Oversee field survey work, including property line establishment, construction staking, and topographic surveys.
- Interact with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project success from start to finish.
- Solve complex surveying challenges and contribute to unique, high-profile projects.
- Represent the firm positively, upholding our commitment to quality and excellence.
- 2 years of experience in land surveying, with a background in residential and commercial projects preferred.
- Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) or the ability to obtain licensure quickly.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and field instrumentation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate with engineers and manage teams effectively.
- Expertise in construction calculations, documentation, and project management.
- A detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to delivering quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
