Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of preconstruction for large, complex commercial projects.
- Develop detailed conceptual and hard cost estimates.
- Lead value engineering and constructability reviews.
- Manage bid packages, subcontractor outreach, and pricing strategies.
- Present budgets and schedules to clients and internal teams.
- Mentor and support junior estimating and preconstruction staff.
- Work with one of the region's premier general contractors, known for technical excellence and a collaborative culture.
- Diverse project portfolio and strong pipeline of upcoming work.

- 7 years of commercial construction experience with a focus on preconstruction or estimating.

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
