Plaintiff Employment Litigation Attorney - Class Actions - California (Remote)

Responsibilities
- Handle plaintiff-side employment litigation matters, including class actions
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Manage cases from inception through resolution
- Develop case strategy and work closely with clients
- Collaborate with team members on complex litigation matters
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school (top-tier school preferred)
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- Minimum 3 years of plaintiff-side employment litigation experience, including class actions
- Strong deposition experience (taking and defending)
- Experience managing a litigation caseload independently
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Passion for plaintiff-side advocacy

Salary : $145,000 - $185,000
