Associate Attorney- Employment Law

Termechi Employment Law is seeking an Employment Law Associate to join its Encino office.

Termechi Employee exclusively represents employees who have been wrongfully terminated. Our focus is disability discrimination, whistleblower, retaliation, and sexual harassment.

Must be admitted to the California bar. There is a strong preference for candidates with employment law experience, but previous experience is not required.

Associates are involved in all aspects of each case from inception (e.g. client interviews and drafting the initial complaint or demand letter). Associates are also expected to handle the day-to-day litigation, including drafting and arguing motions, attending court hearings, engaging in settlement negotiations, taking and defending depositions, developing case strategy, preparing mediation briefs, and trial preparation.

Each attorney is typically assigned between 35 and 45 cases, with significant administrative support. Attorneys receive support from law clerks, a paralegal, a legal assistant, and administrative assistants. Attorneys also have one-on-one mentorship directly from the Managing Attorney.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
