About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct, one-on-one support to a single attorney handling plaintiff personal injury cases
- Manage a high-volume caseload from intake through trial preparation
- Draft and file pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
- Coordinate and manage discovery, including document production and organization
- Schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, and other case-related events
- Maintain case files, deadlines, and calendaring to ensure timely case progression
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel
- Assist with trial preparation, including trial binders, exhibits, and witness coordination
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in plaintiff personal injury
- Strong experience supporting cases from inception through pre-trial and trial preparation
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with legal software, case management systems, and Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
