Key Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of litigation experience. Defense litigation experience will also be considered.
- Licensure: Must be admitted to practice law in Tennessee and in good standing.
- Skills: Exceptional research, writing, and courtroom skills, along with a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Represent plaintiffs in personal injury cases, providing thorough and compassionate legal support.
- Conduct case assessments, manage discovery, draft legal documents, and handle depositions, mediations, and trials.
- Collaborate within a dynamic legal team committed to securing justice for clients.
- Work in a hybrid schedule with in-office requirements three days a week, allowing flexibility and work-life balance.
