Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial plumbing and mechanical piping projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
- Work closely with field supervisors, foremen, and installation crews to support project execution
- Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documentation
- Manage procurement of materials and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors
- Track project costs, change orders, and overall financial performance
- Maintain clear communication with clients, internal teams, and project stakeholders
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Minimum 8 years of experience in plumbing or mechanical piping within commercial construction
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in mechanical piping or commercial plumbing projects
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems including boilers, chillers, and related equipment
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multiple project stakeholders
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
- Previous field experience as a plumber, pipefitter, or mechanical installer
- Experience working with large commercial or institutional mechanical systems
