Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Legal Assistant position located in Chattanooga, TN. The Legal Assistant will assist attorney in a variety of tasks, including client communications, preparing pleadings and motions, drafting letters, scheduling depositions, ordering medical records and bills, etc.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Legal Assistant in the Personal Injury Litigation Field
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and strong knowledge of legal terminology and processes
- Strong Communication skills, including interpersonal, written, and verbal communication, for effective collaboration with clients and team members
- Demonstrated Administrative Assistance skills, including organization, scheduling, prioritization, and time management
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in legal software, case management systems, and standard office tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional legal or paralegal certification or education is a plus
- Understanding of personal injury law and litigation.
