- A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail agronomy sales
- Able to provide a track record of sales success
- Be PCA certified and have a college degree
- Knowledge of Alfalfa, Cotton, Silage Corn, Brassicas, Lettuces, Melons, and Tree Nuts
- Be able to work independently in a territory that overs half the state
- Have a clean and verifiable driving record
