Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
- Manage production schedules, staffing levels, and workflow to maximize throughput and machine utilization.
- Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, operators, and production personnel.
- Monitor and improve KPIs related to productivity, downtime, waste, quality, and labor performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and support operational goals.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and support preventative maintenance programs.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with planning, customer service, quality, and warehouse teams to maintain seamless operations.
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and Label Traxx to manage production data, reporting, scheduling, and team communication.
- Support hiring, training, employee development, and performance management efforts.
- 5 years of leadership experience in a flexographic printing, label converting, or related manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience operating, troubleshooting, setting up, or maintaining flexographic printing equipment before moving into leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of production scheduling, workflow management, quality standards, and manufacturing best practices.
- Experience managing KPIs and driving improvements in productivity, efficiency, safety, and quality.
- Proven ability to build strong teams and foster a positive, accountable workplace culture.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and Label Traxx.

Salary : $140,000 - $170,000
