A well-established, nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney (Of Counsel / Junior Partner level) to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney who enjoys handling both single-plaintiff employment matters and complex wage & hour class actions in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
The ideal candidate will have 8 years of employment litigation experience, including strong exposure to wage & hour matters and the ability to manage cases from inception through resolution. Experience with FEHA claims and advising employers on compliance is highly valued. Candidates with a mix of plaintiff and defense experience are encouraged to apply; prior billing experience is a plus. A portable book is not required, though certainly welcomed. Active licensure in California is required.
This role offers flexibility with a fully remote option anywhere in the U.S., along with meaningful client interaction and the opportunity to take ownership of sophisticated, high-impact matters.

Salary : $225,000 - $275,000
