Key Responsibilities
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost control
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
- Oversee subcontractor and vendor coordination
- Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications
- Maintain strong client and contractor relationships
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- 5 years of commercial mechanical project management experience
- Experience managing large, complex HVAC and plumbing projects
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and financial tracking
- Familiarity with project management software platforms
- Estimating
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
