Responsibilities
- Assist experienced mechanics with inspections, repairs, and routine maintenance
- Perform basic services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Use tools and equipment safely and effectively, must have basic hand tools
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
- Learn diagnostic and repair techniques through hands-on training
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic mechanical knowledge or automotive training is a plus but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn, need great attendance record
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Valid driver's license preferred
