- Lead and mentor engineering teams across Land Development, Water Resources, and Transportation projects
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and client communications to ensure timely and successful delivery
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to meet project objectives
- Uphold high standards of engineering excellence and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Contribute to business development and strategic growth initiatives
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in South Dakota or ability to obtain licensure
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Land Development, Water Resources, or Transportation engineering
- Proven project management experience with a track record of delivering complex projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Salary : $120,000 - $170,000
