Responsibilities
- Develop and manage commercial lending relationships with local businesses.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
- Analyze financial statements, cash flow, collateral, and credit risk.
- Structure, negotiate, and close commercial loan transactions.
- Monitor portfolio performance and maintain strong credit quality.
- Cross-sell additional banking products and services.
- Represent the bank at community and business events.
- Commercial lending experience within a community or regional bank.
- Strong business development and relationship management skills.
- Experience underwriting commercial real estate and C&I loans.
- Sound credit analysis and loan structuring abilities.
- Desire to become an active member of the local community.

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
