What You'll Do
- Analyze manufacturing processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency, quality, safety, and cost effectiveness
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and develop manufacturing aids, fixtures, work instructions, and standardized processes
- Investigate production issues, nonconformances, and customer concerns and implement effective corrective actions
- Manage and maintain quality systems, including corrective actions, audits, documentation, and compliance activities
- Partner with Engineering, Production, and Quality on engineering changes, process improvements, and manufacturability
- 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience preferred
- 2 years of quality assurance or quality systems engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in metal fabrication or mechanical equipment manufacturing preferred
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality, Welding, or a related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, blueprints, quality systems, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement

Salary : $105,000 - $120,000
