Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop new products, components, and systems based on customer specifications
- Create detailed technical drawings and models using CAD software (AutoCAD preferred)
- Evaluate designs for feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and project teams to support successful product launches
- Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and analysis to validate design performance
- Support testing, data collection, and product validation efforts
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in product design and production processes
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues and driving root cause solutions
- Stay current on industry trends, materials, and engineering best practices
- Associate's degree in Engineering or related technical field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD strongly preferred)
- Working knowledge of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes
- Exposure to basic programming or automation tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and teamwork skills

Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
