Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support engineering projects from concept through implementation
- Support product design with a focus on manufacturability and production methods
- Collaborate with design and production teams to transition products into manufacturing
- Troubleshoot production issues and support root cause analysis
- Analyze data to identify process and quality improvement opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
- Background in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering with hands-on production experience
- Strong understanding of machining, welding, fabrication, and assembly
- Self-motivated problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset
- Strong analytical and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- CAD experience (SolidWorks preferred); Lean/ERP experience a plus

Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
