- Manage low voltage projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure project success
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and job cost tracking
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure proper installation and compliance
- Ensure materials and manpower are scheduled appropriately
- Maintain all project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and billing
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and lead project meetings as needed
- Resolve project issues and proactively address challenges to stay on schedule and budget
- 3 years of experience in low voltage project management
- Strong understanding of structured cabling, fire alarm, access control, data/communications, or CCTV systems
- Proven experience managing commercial or industrial low voltage projects
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office
- Stable work history
- Experience working with electrical contractors is a plus
