Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of Personal Injury experience
- In-depth knowledge of California state and federal court rules and procedures.
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
- Experience with case management and legal document management software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Paralegal certification preferred
- Spanish speaking is preferred but not necessary
