Litigation Paralegal - Class Action (5 Years)
Location: Los Angeles, CA or Emeryville, CA (Hybrid)
A well-established and growing plaintiffs' firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with 5 years of experience to support its class action practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact matters, with a focus on plaintiff-side employment class actions.

Key Responsibilities
- Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, with a focus on class action matters
- Assist with case management from filing through resolution
- Draft, proofread, and cite-check pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Manage and organize large volumes of documents and case files
- Coordinate and track discovery, including document productions and responses
- Assist with deposition preparation, including exhibits and summaries
- Conduct legal and factual research as needed
- Prepare filings for state and federal courts
- 5 years of litigation paralegal experience
- Experience with class actions required; plaintiff-side employment class action experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures in state and federal courts
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Work on sophisticated, high-impact class action cases
- Collaborative and supportive team environment
- Hybrid flexibility with offices in Los Angeles or Emeryville

- Salary range: $85k-$100k DOE
