- 4 years of litigation experience in Oregon, first chair trial experience a major plus
- General litigation; commercial litigation, real estate disputes, commercial construction defect, employment and labor litigation, fiduciary services, creditors' rights
- Strong legal research, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
